The Terms of Use are effective until terminated by Moomarketing (UK) or an Australian Court of Law. Should the Terms of Use be terminated in full or part then the legal impositions of The Terms shall survive in so much as they are legally permitted.
Should any part of the Terms of Use be unenforceable then this shall not affect the remaining portions and all such remaining portions shall survive in their entirety
In the event of termination, users are no longer authorised to access the web site, but all restrictions imposed on the users, licenses granted by the users and all disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Use shall survive.
